You have one defined system to build and a date it needs to work by.

What will you not do?
- Lock you into our tooling
- You own the accounts, the repositories and the documentation. There is no platform fee to keep paying us.
- Quote before we understand the work
- A number given before scoping is a guess. We scope first, then put a fee in writing.
- Bill for discovery you cannot use
- If we find the work is not worth doing, we tell you and you keep the written analysis.
- Promise a percentage
- We will not put a growth figure in a proposal that we cannot evidence from your own data.

Tech Agency Australia quotes each engagement after a scoping call rather than from a price list, because the same brief costs very different amounts depending on your systems and data. All fees are in Australian dollars and exclude GST.
Do you charge a fixed fee or by the hour?
Tech Agency Australia works to a fixed fee for projects and an agreed monthly capacity for retainers. We do not bill by the hour, because that charges you for our learning curve rather than for the system you receive.
What do I get before I commit?
You get a written architecture: what will run where, what it will cost to operate, and which decisions a person still approves. You approve that document before any code is written, and you keep it either way.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. Retainers run month to month after any agreed minimum term, and you own the accounts, source code and documentation throughout. There is no proprietary platform you must keep paying us to access.
